Eligibility Criteria
- Law students with interest in litigation and dispute resolution
- Candidates with basic knowledge of legal research, drafting, and court procedures
- Individuals willing to work in an on-site, court-facing environment
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Legal research on case law and relevant legal topics
- Drafting and reviewing pleadings and legal documents
- Preparation of case synopses and summaries for ongoing matters
- Assisting in preparation of briefs for advocates
- Preparing brief notes for senior advocates and attending conferences
- Visiting courts including Supreme Court, High Courts, District Courts, NCDRC, RERA, and NCLT for case-related assistance
