Assessment Internship with potential conversion to Associate (Non-litigation role).
About the Opportunity
Fortunewise Legal is inviting applications for one Assessment Intern for a period of six months. This is a non-litigation role focused on corporate trademark and brand advisory work. The internship offers intensive, practical, and business-oriented exposure rather than routine or court-based work.
There is a clear scope for continued association as an Associate based on performance and alignment. Only one position is available, and applications will close once the role is filled.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates who:
- Intend to build expertise in trademark law and corporate advisory rather than litigation
- Are comfortable with legal research, drafting, and taking responsibility
- Are quick learners and receptive to feedback
- Seek meaningful professional exposure beyond certification
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Trademark filings, prosecution, and portfolio management
- Brand advisory and IP strategy for corporate clients
- Legal research and structured drafting
- Drafting replies, legal opinions, and internal notes
- Professional communications, outreach, and cold emails
- Content creation related to trademarks, branding, and IP awareness
Mode of Work
Hybrid mode, primarily office-centric.
Location
Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
