The organization provides analytical tools and legal-technical support to banks, housing finance companies, real estate and infrastructure developers, retail investors, and other stakeholders by leveraging structured data from land records, property registrations, tax filings, court mandates, land-use regulations, and planning frameworks.

Legal Job Opportunity (Consultant – Contractual)
Eligibility Criteria
- 2 to 8 years of experience in drafting title due diligence reports or Land Status Reports (LSR)
- Sound understanding of real estate laws (knowledge of RERA is an added advantage)
- Prior experience in real estate law and familiarity with property documentation
- Ability to handle confidential documents
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency in Telugu or Gujarati language (ability to read at least one language is mandatory)
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Drafting and verifying Title Due Diligence Reports
- Providing legal opinions for properties in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, or Gujarat
- Managing allotted cases and reporting escalations in a timely manner
- Coordinating with internal legal teams, external counsels, and clients
- Conducting research on land laws across various states
- Liaising with vendors to obtain relevant documents and reports
- Drafting and vetting contracts and related legal documents
- Handling ancillary legal tasks as assigned
