Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
• Law students or recent law graduates
• Interest in labour laws and intellectual property laws
• Basic understanding of legal drafting and compliance frameworks
• Good command over English and Hindi, both written and spoken
• Willingness to learn, take responsibility, and work in a startup setting
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
• Drafting and reviewing labour compliance agreements, service agreements, and other legal documents
• Assisting with labour law compliances, statutory returns, and maintenance of registers
• Supporting intellectual property matters including trademarks, documentation, basic filings, and hearing support
• Assisting in drafting internal policies, terms and conditions, and compliance documents
• Helping with preparation and dispatch of legal notices
• Supporting day-to-day legal and compliance work
