About the Job
The firm is inviting applications for Litigation Associate positions for its Mumbai office. The role involves regular appearances before the Bombay High Court and handling litigation matters, with preference given to candidates having prior exposure to Intellectual Property Rights litigation.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of active litigation experience before the Bombay High Court
- Practical knowledge of IPR procedures before the Registry and the High Court
- Familiarity with court appearances, filings, and procedural compliances
- Strong drafting skills, including petitions, applications, replies, and notices
- Ability to independently research matters and assist or appear in court
- Willingness to associate on a long-term professional basis
