About the Job
EY India is inviting applications for the position of Senior Associate in the Law Regulatory Research and Monitoring (RRM) team. The role involves working on diverse compliance and regulatory research projects, offering exposure to the regulatory frameworks of multiple jurisdictions and varied areas of law.
Eligibility Criteria
• Degree in Law
• 2 to 4 years of relevant professional experience
• Professional proficiency in English with strong command over grammar, punctuation, and legal writing
• Excellent legal research, writing, and organizational skills
• Ability to identify, interpret, and summarize applicable statutes and regulations
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to follow structured legal research methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
• Working knowledge of legal research databases such as Westlaw or similar platforms
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Adaptability, diligence, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

• Understanding and analyzing regulatory and legal issues involved in projects
• Conducting structured legal research and presenting findings in prescribed formats
• Interpreting statutes, regulations, and relevant case law

• Reporting progress and issues to senior team members
• Participating in mandatory training, certification programs, and professional development initiatives
