Designation: Legal Executive / Legal Consultant
About the Job
Burgrill India is seeking a Legal Executive or Legal Consultant to support its legal and compliance functions, including contracts, franchising, regulatory compliance, and litigation-related matters.
Eligibility Criteria
- Law graduate with relevant corporate or legal experience
- Strong drafting, legal research, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple legal matters independently
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven approach
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Drafting, vetting, and execution of contracts, agreements, legal notices, and related documents
- Providing legal advice on corporate and commercial matters
- Preparing legal documentation for new franchise onboarding
- Coordinating with internal teams, external professionals, and legal counsel
- Conducting legal research and tracking changes in laws, regulations, and case precedents
- Managing legal and regulatory compliance requirements
- Advising on risk management and mitigation strategies
- Supporting dispute resolution and litigation matters
- Handling backend legal operations and inter-departmental follow-ups
- Managing case correspondence and attending court proceedings, where required
