About the Job
Ahlawat & Associates is seeking to onboard fresh law graduates and final-year law students as Trainee Lawyers to support its Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) and Intellectual Property (IP) practice. The role offers exposure to technology-driven legal issues alongside core IP advisory and compliance work.
Eligibility Criteria
- Fresh law graduates or final-year law students
- Demonstrated interest in technology law, data protection, crypto laws, and intellectual property
- Strong legal research and drafting skills
- Detail-oriented approach with a willingness to learn
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Advisory on technology law, digital business models, and platform regulations
- Data protection and privacy compliance work
- Legal support relating to regulation of AI-based businesses
- Drafting and review of software licensing and technology-focused agreements
- Assisting in trademark, copyright, and other intellectual property matters, including prosecution and advisory
