Eligibility Criteria
The firm is hiring for multiple positions in its IP litigation practice:
- Associate Level (1 to 2 years PQE)
- Law firm experience in IP litigation
- Focus on trademark and copyright matters
- Senior Associate (4+ years PQE)
- Law firm experience in IP litigation with emphasis on trademarks and copyrights
- Strong drafting skills
- Some courtroom experience
- Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
- Senior Associate (6+ years PQE)
- Substantial law firm experience in IP litigation and enforcement
- Excellent drafting skills
- Strong courtroom exposure
- Ability to supervise a small team and handle multiple matters
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Handling trademark and copyright litigation and enforcement matters
- Drafting pleadings and other litigation documents
- Appearing before courts and IP authorities
- Advising clients on IP disputes and strategy
- Managing multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
- Supervising junior team members, where applicable
