About the Internship
Black Suit invites applications from motivated and detail-oriented law students for a paid legal internship. The internship is designed to provide hands-on exposure to in-house legal functions as well as litigation-related work, along with professional mentorship in a structured legal environment.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Conducting legal research, including case law and statutory analysis
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as notices, agreements, and pleadings
- Assisting the in-house legal team with compliance, documentation, and advisory tasks
- Supporting advocates in litigation matters, including court filings and case preparation
- Attending court proceedings and client meetings, as required
- Maintaining case files, records, and legal documentation
