About the Job
CarDekho Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Associate with 0 to 2 years of experience. The role involves supporting fast-growing auto-tech and fintech businesses and offers significant exposure to contract management, regulatory research, and commercial legal operations within a high-growth corporate environment.
Eligibility Criteria
- LLB from a recognized university
- 0 to 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience
- Strong interest in contract management and corporate or commercial law
- Sound legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
- High attention to detail
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Supporting end-to-end contract lifecycle management including drafting, review, vetting, execution, amendments, and record maintenance
- Conducting legal research on fintech regulations, data protection, payments, and commercial laws
- Reviewing standard contracts to identify legal, regulatory, and compliance risks
- Maintaining contract repositories, trackers, and documentation for audit readiness
- Assisting in development of legal templates, checklists, and playbooks
