Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Law
- AIBE qualified and enrolled with the Bar Council of India
- Post-qualification experience of 3 to 5 years in a legal or consulting firm
- Prior experience in corporate advisory, commercial litigation, arbitration, IBC matters, regulatory investigations, white-collar crimes, and ED or PMLA proceedings preferred
- Strong drafting, research, networking, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills
- Sound knowledge of Corporate Laws, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Civil Procedure Code, Evidence Act, Prevention of Money Laundering Act, and allied regulatory frameworks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple assignments collaboratively and meet strict deadlines
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Advising clients on corporate advisory matters and dispute resolution
- Preparing litigation and dispute strategy
- Drafting pleadings, petitions, appeals, legal notices, and court documents, including under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code
- Handling voluntary liquidation processes end to end
- Representing clients in regulatory investigations and white-collar crime matters, including proceedings before the Enforcement Directorate under PMLA
- Appearing before courts, tribunals, and arbitral forums
- Managing litigation, arbitration, and insolvency proceedings
- Preparing legal opinions and conducting in-depth legal research
- Tracking and analysing developments in relevant laws and regulations
