Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Law
- AIBE qualified and enrolled with the Bar Council of India
- Post-qualification experience of 3 to 5 years in a legal or consulting firm
- Prior experience in corporate advisory, commercial litigation, arbitration, IBC matters, regulatory investigations, white-collar crimes, and ED or PMLA proceedings preferred
- Strong drafting, research, networking, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills
- Sound knowledge of Corporate Laws, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Civil Procedure Code, Evidence Act, Prevention of Money Laundering…
