Eligibility Criteria
- Law degree from a recognized institution
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of post-qualification experience
- Experience in an MNC, law firm, or Global Capability Centre
- Ability to work across diverse legal areas in a dynamic environment
- Strong independent and team-working capabilities
- Business-oriented, service-minded, and proactive approach
- Structured, detail-oriented, and effective in cross-organizational communication
- Fluency in written and spoken English
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Vendor Audits: Conduct vendor audits, collect audit reports, and prepare data for risk assessments
- Contract Management: Manage customer contracts through CLM systems, ensure accuracy, and generate contract status reports
- Data Protection Compliance: Ensure compliance with data protection laws in India and Europe
- Awareness Initiatives: Support governance, risk, and compliance tools and execute internal awareness campaigns
- General Legal Support: Provide legal guidance on varied matters, support audits, manage legal systems, and assist with ongoing projects and administrative legal tasks
