Eligibility Criteria
- Law degree from a premier law school in India
- Minimum 1 year post-qualification legal experience
- Strong legal analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interact with senior business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in technology and documentation management systems
- Strong teamwork skills with ownership of tasks
- Ability to identify and escalate issues in a timely manner
- Comfort working with metrics and data
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Providing legal analysis and support on legal projects and documentation
- Supporting high-volume deals and remediation projects
- Designing and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency
- Conducting gap analysis and summarizing deviations from standard templates, playbooks, and policy manuals
- Reviewing legal documents and supporting Global Legal Teams, with strong focus on contracts
- Identifying opportunities for automation and working with technology teams to implement solutions
