Eligibility Criteria
- Any graduate with 2.5 to 5 years of relevant experience
- LL.B. degree preferred
- Mandatory experience in a corporate or government environment
- Experience in the solar or infrastructure sector preferred
- Strong knowledge of contracts, compliance frameworks, and renewable energy regulations
- Ability to interpret contractual clauses, support negotiations, and safeguard commercial interests
- Strong organizational, documentation, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Managing EPC, PPA, Cleaning, and I&C agreements end-to-end
- Maintaining contract version control and handling NDA renewals
- Coordinating with external legal counsel for complex drafting and negotiations
- Conducting basic due diligence on clients and vendors
- Monitoring statutory compliance and maintaining compliance registers
- Preparing management reports and supporting internal and external audits
- Participating in client meetings and assisting in commercial negotiations
- Maintaining well-organized digital and physical legal records
- Acting as the single point of contact for legal and compliance matters across teams
