In-house Corporate Legal Role
Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B. or LL.M. from a reputed and accredited university
- 5 to 8 years of combined law firm and or in-house experience supporting multinational US-based organisations
- High proficiency in US legal research tools
- Strong drafting and redlining skills for commercial agreements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience working with US, UK, or global legal teams is preferred
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple matters, and prioritise effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Comfort with legal technology tools including CLM systems, document management, and project trackers
- Ability to clearly explain complex legal issues to senior leadership and non-legal stakeholders
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements including SaaS, vendor, and technology service agreements
- Drafting and updating internal policies and contractual documentation such as terms of use, privacy policies, and data protection agreements
- Maintaining internal compliance and governance documentation
- Supporting M&A activities including due diligence, transaction documentation, integration, and governance
- Conducting legal research and preparing concise regulatory memoranda on US or global legal issues
- Managing entity governance, corporate records, and draft resolutions
- Preparing board agendas, materials, and meeting packets
- Coordinating budgeting, invoice review, and engagement with external counsel
- Maintaining accurate legal matter reports for internal stakeholders

Salary / Remuneration
- Annual compensation range: INR 33,75,000 to INR 47,25,000
- Final compensation will depend on experience, skill set, market alignment, and geographic location
- Eligibility for sales incentives subject to internal guidelines and approvals
