Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with corporate compliance for Skuad group entities across SEA, EMEA, and LATAM regions
- Supporting the Group Corporate Secretary in managing global entities and international expansion
- Maintaining corporate records and managing statutory filings under applicable laws
- Providing secretarial and compliance support to Boards, Board Committees, and Independent Directors
- Reviewing agreements and monitoring corporate and shareholder compliances
- Coordinating with statutory auditors, cost auditors, and other external stakeholders
- Managing data rooms for due diligence processes and investor documentation
- Monitoring regulatory changes and assisting in implementation of compliance actions
- Supporting corporate governance frameworks, standards, and internal processes
