Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification and Experience
- LL.B. or LL.M. from a recognized institution
- Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience
Required Skills
- Proficiency in legal research tools and resources
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, tax law, intellectual property law, and labour laws
- Experience in corporate law, contract drafting, and negotiation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal management software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to explain complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating corporate contracts, agreements, and business transactions
- Coordinating with external legal counsel to manage and streamline legal processes
- Assisting in mergers and acquisitions, business restructuring, and related transactions
- Ensuring compliance with corporate governance standards and statutory and regulatory requirements
- Managing intellectual property matters, including IP compliance and policy development
- Maintaining accuracy, consistency, and legal compliance of corporate documentation
