Legal Job Opportunity (Associate Role in Immigration and Global Mobility Services)
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field
- Master’s degree preferred but not mandatory
- 1 to 4 years of relevant professional experience in immigration case management, global mobility, or professional services or consulting environments
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the primary point of contact for corporate clients seeking immigration support
- Managing end-to-end immigration processes including visas and work permits for employees
- Preparing, reviewing, and filing immigration applications, forms, and supporting documents
- Advising clients on immigration rules, compliance requirements, timelines, and potential risks
- Interpreting and applying immigration laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- Coordinating with government authorities, consulates, embassies, third-party providers, and internal network offices
- Maintaining accurate and organized case files and records
- Providing regular updates to clients regarding case status and changes in immigration regulations
- Supporting billing activities, time recording, and commercial awareness obligations
- Training junior team members on immigration law procedures and case management
- Staying updated with changes in immigration laws, policies, and practices
- Assisting with implementation of relevant technology platforms, depending on the service line
