Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Conducting legal research on loan settlements, RBI guidelines, and consumer protection laws
- Assisting in drafting settlement agreements, legal notices, and client correspondence
- Supporting negotiations and dispute resolution processes with financial institutions and clients
- Preparing case summaries and maintaining legal documentation
- Monitoring legal developments relating to debt recovery and financial laws
- Interacting with clients under supervision to understand and address legal concerns
- Assisting in business development activities including client onboarding
- Collaborating with team members and participating in in-office meetings
