Eligibility Criteria
Qualification
- LL.B. from a recognised university
- Enrolled and eligible to practise law in India
Experience
- Approximately 1–2 years of relevant experience in Intellectual Property Law
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Handling IP prosecution, opposition, and litigation matters relating to Trademarks, Copyrights, and Industrial Designs
- Drafting, reviewing, and finalising documents including:
- Notices of Opposition and Counter Statements
- Evidence under Rules 45, 46, and 47
- Cease and Desist Notices and replies
- Deeds of Assignment
- Rectification applications and counters
- Assisting in and attending IP litigation before relevant Tribunals and Courts
- Representing clients before IP statutory authorities and Courts, as required
- Working closely with the litigation team on case strategy and ongoing matters
- Providing clear and practical legal advice to clients on IP-related issues
- Supporting clients across IP protection, enforcement, and dispute resolution stages
