Corporate In house Legal Role
Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B. degree (3 year or 5 year course) from a recognized university
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of corporate legal experience (internship or full time)
- Prior exposure to agreement drafting, contract management, and legal documentation
- Proficiency in MS Word including Track Changes and basic Excel
- Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and multitasking ability
Note: Candidates with only litigation or court focused experience are not suitable for this role.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and managing corporate agreements and contracts
- Handling and assisting in drafting replies to legal notices
- Ensuring compliance of legal documents with applicable laws and internal policies
- Coordinating with internal teams for execution of legal documentation
- Maintaining records of contracts, agreements, and legal notices
