Judicious Consultants is a boutique law firm based in New Delhi, specializing in Indirect Taxation, Customs, and GST matters. The firm was founded by Dr. B.L. Garg, an Ex-Departmental Officer and former Joint Commissioner of Customs, with extensive experience in taxation administration and policy formulation. Dr. Garg has also contributed as part of the core team involved in the preparation of three Union Budgets between 2006 and 2008. The firm regularly appears before the Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT) and various quasi-judicial authorities.
