Insurance Regulatory and Commercial Practice
About the Opportunity
Tuli & Co is expanding its Insurance Regulatory and Commercial team at its New Delhi office. The role involves advising insurers, reinsurers, intermediaries, and financial groups on a broad range of insurance regulatory and commercial matters in India and within the International Financial Services Centre.
Eligibility Criteria
- 0 to 2 years of post-qualification experience
- Prior exposure to insurance or reinsurance law will be preferred
- Experience in FEMA or data protection matters will be an added advantage
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Advisory on insurance and reinsurance regulatory matters
- Assistance in commercial transactions involving insurance entities
- Regulatory compliance and policy-related work
- Research and drafting on sector-specific legal issues
