Legal Job Opportunity (In-house Corporate Legal Role)
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must possess the requisite legal qualifications and experience relevant to corporate legal roles
- Eligibility will be assessed based on alignment with the stated roles and responsibilities
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Contract Management: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating routine commercial contracts, including customer-facing and procurement agreements; preparing special terms and conditions, NDAs, Statements of Work (SOWs), purchase orders, and related documents
- Legal Support: Providing day-to-day legal assistance to global commercial and procurement teams; supporting business units in restructuring documents, contract amendments, and vendor or customer agreements
- Risk Analysis: Reviewing tender documents and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to identify and assess legal risks
- Corporate Legal Activities: Assisting in general corporate and administrative legal matters; maintaining and updating legal documentation across business units
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Working closely with internal business teams and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely and effective legal support
