About the Organization The Square Circle Clinic is a criminal justice initiative housed at NALSAR University of Law. It undertakes pro bono criminal defence for death row prisoners and undertrial prisoners, particularly in Pune and Nagpur, and carries out extensive research and public engagement on issues such as the death penalty, forensics, criminalisation and punishment, science and technology in criminal justice, prevention of torture, legal aid, and mental health.
