About the Opportunity
King Stubb & Kasiva is inviting applications for an Associate position in its Media and Entertainment Law team based at the Mumbai office. The role is suited for candidates with relevant non-litigation experience in media and entertainment transactions.
Eligibility Criteria
- Post Qualification Experience of 2 to 4 years
- Experience in drafting and reviewing:
- Production agreements
- License agreements
- Distribution agreements
- Exposure to due diligence and other non-litigation work related to media and entertainment matters
