The company is engaged in the manufacture and sale of paper, paperboard, and allied products catering to diverse industrial and commercial needs. BILT has successfully undergone the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process and was resolved by Finquest Financial Solutions Private Limited pursuant to an order of the NCLT. The new management has initiated strategic steps to revive and strengthen operations.

Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B. degree (3-year or 5-year course) from a recognized university
- 1 to 3 years of post-qualification experience in corporate legal practice or an in-house legal department
- Prior exposure to litigation handling, contract drafting, and regulatory compliance
- Experience in the manufacturing or infrastructure sector preferred
- Familiarity with IBC proceedings and corporate insolvency matters will be an added advantage
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the Legal Department in litigation management and regulatory compliance
- Drafting, reviewing, and managing contractual documentation
- Handling corporate legal matters and internal legal advisory
- Assisting with post-CIRP implementation obligations under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders and external counsel under supervision

Salary / Compensation
- Proposed CTC: INR 3 to 5 LPA
- Compensation will be based on experience and skills assessment
