About the Job
King Stubb and Kasiva is inviting applications for the position of Legal Associate in its Media and Entertainment non litigation practice based in Mumbai.
Eligibility Criteria
- 2 to 4 years of post qualification experience
- Prior experience in media and entertainment related non litigation work
- Hands on experience in drafting and reviewing:
- Production agreements
- Licensing agreements
- Distribution agreements
- Experience in conducting due diligence and handling other corporate non litigation matters
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating media and entertainment contracts
- Advising clients on non litigation aspects of media and content related transactions
- Conducting legal due diligence
- Supporting senior team members on commercial advisory work
