Legal Internship Opportunity
Eligibility Criteria
- Law students currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Law
- Mandatory No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the college or university
- Strong legal research, writing and communication skills
- Interest in technology, intellectual property or corporate legal work preferred
- Prior internship experience is desirable
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research on intellectual property, data protection, employment laws and regulatory compliance
- Assist in litigation coordination and documentation management
- Draft and review service agreements, NDAs, MSAs and facilities agreements
- Support legal entity governance related work
- Assist in preparation and maintenance of legal reports, trackers, templates and databases
- Collaborate with cross functional teams on assigned legal projects
