Eligibility Criteria
- Advocates with 2 to 4 years of post-qualification experience in Intellectual Property Rights litigation
- Candidates with post-qualification exposure to media and entertainment laws will be given preference
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Handling litigation matters relating to Intellectual Property Rights
- Drafting pleadings and legal submissions in IP-related disputes
- Conducting legal research and case preparation
- Assisting in court appearances and client advisory work
