Full-time Legal Job Opportunity — Associate (Litigation)
Eligibility Criteria
- 1 year of post-qualification experience in active litigation.
- Strong drafting, research and analytical skills.
- Prior exposure to commercial disputes, corporate litigation, insolvency or white collar matters is an advantage.
- Ability to manage timelines, take responsibility for assignments and work proactively.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Draft pleadings, petitions, applications and research notes.
- Assist senior lawyers in case strategy and matter preparation.
- Handle filings, briefings and client coordination.
- Appear before courts and tribunals for procedural hearings.
- Maintain case files and ensure timely progression of matters.
Mode of Work
On-site; litigation oriented with court and tribunal appearances.
Location
New Delhi
