Full-time Legal Job Opportunity — Associate (General Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity)
Eligibility Criteria
- Law graduates with 2 to 5 years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong background in General Corporate, M&A and Private Equity work.
- Preference for graduates from top National Law Universities.
- Candidates holding a Company Secretary (CS) qualification will be preferred.
- Prior experience with Tier 1 or Tier 2 law firms is desirable.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical and client coordination skills are essential.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Advising on corporate transactions including mergers, acquisitions and investments.
- Drafting and reviewing transaction documents.
- Conducting legal due diligence.
- Managing client expectations and supporting senior associates/partners during negotiations.
Mode of Work
On-site; based in the Mumbai office of JSA.
Location
Mumbai, Maharashtra.
