About the Organisation
Office of Ms. Indira Goswami, Advocate-on-Record, practices extensively before the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court and various tribunals. The office handles matters in civil, criminal, constitutional, service, arbitration, writs, SLPs and public interest litigation.
Type / Nature of Opportunity
Legal internship (court-facing, litigation-oriented)
Eligibility Criteria
- Law students (third year onwards of five-year course or second year onwards of three-year course).
- Strong research and drafting skills.
- Genuine interest in litigation practice.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Legal research and case-law analysis.
- Drafting of briefs, notes and pleadings.
- Assistance with court filings and paperwork.
- Case analysis and preparation for hearings.
- Court visits and observation of proceedings.
- Direct mentorship under an Advocate-on-Record.
Mode of Work
Offline, on-site (Supreme Court practice and Delhi High Court chambers)
What Interns Will Gain
