1. About the Organization
The Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT), established in 2000, is a statutory adjudicatory body that resolves disputes and hears appeals in the telecom, broadcasting, cyber, and airport tariff sectors. It plays a crucial role in ensuring fair regulatory practices, sectoral growth, and protection of both service providers and consumers.

3. Eligibility Criteria
- Students in the 3rd year or above of a 5-year law programme.
- Students in the 1st year or above of a 3-year LL.B. programme.
- Law graduates.
- Preference for candidates with demonstrated interest or knowledge in telecom, broadcasting, cyber laws, or related regulatory domains.
4. Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Research on legal issues concerning telecom, broadcasting, airport tariff, and cyber laws.
- Assisting with case analysis and drafting tasks.
- Supporting the tribunal’s functioning as per assigned responsibilities.
5. Mode of Work
Offline; interns must remain physically present at TDSAT for the entire duration.
6. Important Dates and Timelines
- Duration: 4–12 weeks (extendable based on performance).
- Last Date to Apply: 2 December 2025
7. Stipend / Perks
- Unpaid internship; no TA/DA provided.
- Certificate awarded upon successful completion and adherence to guidelines, including regular attendance.
