The chamber practice of Advocate Mohit Uppal is inviting applications from eligible candidates for Associate and Legal Intern positions in Chandigarh.
The practice handles matters before various courts and tribunals, including the Punjab and Haryana High Court, RERA, NCLT, Consumer Commissions and District Courts.
Its areas of practice include writ, civil, criminal, real estate and commercial litigation.
Nature of Opportunity

- Associate: 1 Vacancy.
- Legal Intern: 2 Vacancies.
Eligibility Criteria
1. Associate Position
- Minimum 1 year of post-enrolment professional experience.
- Strong legal research and drafting skills.
- Ability to independently appear and argue matters before courts.
2. Legal Internship
- Open to law students pursuing LL.B. from any year.
- Minimum internship commitment of 6 weeks.
