Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must fulfil the following requirements:
- Hold an LL.B. degree from a recognised university.
- Have at least one year of relevant professional experience.
- Possess experience in corporate law, contract drafting, and negotiation.
- Demonstrate knowledge of corporate law, contract law, taxation, intellectual property, labour laws, and import/export regulations.
- Have familiarity with statutory and Registrar of Companies (ROC) compliance, legal due diligence, and regulatory requirements.
