Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Must be a qualified Company Secretary (CS) with Associate or Fellow membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
- Must hold a bachelor’s degree in Law, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Must have 3–4 years of relevant experience in company secretarial services, corporate governance, legal entity management, or corporate compliance.
