Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 5 years of independent court practice.
- Must be enrolled with the Bar Council.
- Strong knowledge of court procedures and litigation practice.
- Excellent legal drafting and research skills.
- Ability to independently prepare and conduct cases.
- Strong professional communication skills and commitment to deadlines.
- Experience in handling matters from filing through final disposal.
